Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing Officer to manage and oversee our company’s online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with digital marketing channels and will be responsible for implementing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and generate leads for our printing services. The Digital Marketing Officer will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for online visibility and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
- Create and implement engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, email newsletters, and the company website. Work with designers to produce creative assets, ensuring consistency with the brand.
- Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms. Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and identify trends in social conversations related to the printing industry.
- Optimize website and content to increase organic traffic through keyword research, on-page SEO, and link-building strategies.
- Design, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns to generate leads and sales, ensuring a positive ROI.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tracking tools. Provide actionable recommendations to improve marketing efforts.
- Develop and manage email campaigns for promotions, new services, and customer engagement. Analyze open rates, click rates, and conversion data to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and management to develop strategies that align with the company’s goals and target market.
- Conduct research on digital marketing trends, competitors, and target customer preferences. Stay updated on industry changes and adapt campaigns accordingly.
Requirements:
- HND / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 year’s professional experience in digital marketing, preferably within the printing, creative, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and others.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to achieve business goals.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Corel Draw, Canva, Adobe Photoshop) for basic content creation and editing is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team environment.
Key Skills:
- Experience in the printing industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of video marketing, graphic design, copywriting, social media management, web editing or basic HTML is an advantage.
