Role Overview

  • Online Foodstuff Store Limited is seeking a results-driven and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Officer to join our growing team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, handling email marketing, and creating engaging video content to drive brand awareness, traffic, and sales.

Key Responsibilities
Video Content Creation & Brand Communication:

  • Shoot and edit high-quality marketing videos for social media and digital campaigns.
  • Create engaging video content for promotions, product highlights, and brand storytelling.
  • Use AI tools to enhance video editing, content optimization, and campaign performance.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow the company’s presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, etc.).
  • Schedule, monitor, and analyze posts to increase engagement and followers.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to build strong customer relationships.

Digital Advertising & Analytics:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor social media and digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok).
  • Optimize ad performance using insights, A/B testing, and performance analytics.
  • Prepare periodic digital marketing performance reports for management review.

Email Marketing:

  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns for promotions, customer retention, and product updates.
  • Build and segment email lists for targeted communication.
  • Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to improve performance.

Strategy & Collaboration:

  • Work closely with management to align digital marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Contribute innovative ideas for promotions, campaigns, and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, or video content creation.
  • Proficiency in video shooting and editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, InShot, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar) for marketing optimization.
  • Strong understanding of social media ads, email marketing tools, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Must be based in Abuja (preferably Kubwa or nearby areas).
