Retrust was officially inaugurated during Zylus Group’s 6th-anniversary celebrations around October 2024. The Microfinance Bank achieved a balance sheet of ?8.9 billion in under six months of operations—highlighting rapid growth.

Job Summary

  • The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the bank’s digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and product visibility across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies aligned with the bank’s growth objectives.
  • Manage the bank’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
  • Create engaging and informative digital content to promote banking products and services.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to improve customer engagement.
  • Optimize website and digital content for Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  • Plan and execute online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to promote loan products, savings accounts, and financial services.
  • Manage online customer inquiries and ensure timely responses.
  • Track digital marketing trends and recommend innovative marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years experience in Digital marketing, preferably within the financial services or fintech sector.
  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent content creation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze digital marketing data and generate insights.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
