Mission/Core Purpose of the Job:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts with a focus on raising revenue for the company.
Role/Tasks:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build, and maintain all our social media presence.
- Proficiency in video capturing, editing, and graphic design tools.
- Develop engaging content across various platforms, including blog posts, social media, and video.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate copywriting and content initiatives with broader marketing campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and brand visibility.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms and best practices.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with similar brands and other vendor partners.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Sales/Marketing or any other relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Trends, Google Analytics, and Keyword Planner.
- Understanding of GA4 and website tags.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
