Role Overview
The Digital Marketing & PR Strategist will lead the design, execution, and optimization of integrated campaigns that elevate Crescita Solutions’ brand reputation and maximize client visibility across digital and traditional channels. This role requires a mix of creativity, strategic planning, and analytical insight, ensuring that campaigns not only capture attention but also deliver measurable results. The strategist will work at the intersection of digital marketing, storytelling, and public relations, aligning campaigns with business objectives while building strong relationships with media, influencers, and online communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage multi-channel marketing and PR strategies that align with client goals, blending SEO, content marketing, social media, and media outreach.
- Brand Positioning: Craft narratives that strengthen Crescita Solutions’ reputation and position clients as thought leaders in their industries.
- Digital Storytelling: Oversee creation of impactful digital assets including blogs, press releases, social media campaigns, and multimedia content.
- Performance Measurement: Track campaign performance, measure ROI, and prepare insights-driven reports for internal teams and clients.
- Crisis Communication: Support brand reputation management by creating proactive and reactive communication strategies.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with SEO specialists, content creators, and design teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and cohesive.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing and PR strategy, ideally within an agency or fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media strategy, and media relations.
- Ability to pitch stories and secure coverage in top-tier media outlets.
- Skilled in using digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, SEMrush, etc.).
- Strong storytelling, writing, and presentation skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of crisis communication and reputation management is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
