Job Summary:
- The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. This role will help grow brand awareness, drive traffic, generate leads, and improve conversion through data-driven strategies and creative execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
- Develop content strategies and manage daily content calendar
- Optimise campaigns based on performance metrics and ROI
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Create and schedule engaging content that aligns with brand tone
Website & SEO
- Work with developers and designers to update and optimise the website
- Conduct keyword research and manage on-page and off-page SEO efforts
- Track site performance with Google Analytics and other tools
Performance Marketing
- Run and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels
- A/B test creatives, landing pages, and messaging to improve conversions
- Monitor and report on key KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, bounce rate, etc.
Analytics & Reporting
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, etc.
- Generate and present regular reports with insights and recommendations
- Analyse trends and use data to adjust strategies in real-time
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
- Proficient in digital ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads), SEO tools, email platforms, and CMS
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual content skills
- Experience with CRM tools and analytics platforms
- Strong analytical mindset and creative problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Additional Skills (Bonus):
- Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or the tech industry
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certification
