Responsibilities
- Develop and execute ideas for creative digital marketing campaigns that align with our marketing strategy.
- Generate creative ideas and manage digital marketing content across all our digital platforms that incorporates brand standards to help boost business performance.
- Create, publish and share engaging content (original text, photos, videos, etc) for use on social media. • Translate brand elements into plans for digital marketing strategies.
- Analyse market trends and identify new opportunities for digital marketing.
- Create and plan monthly social media calendar - for review and approval of management.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each digital platform to increase the visibility of social content.
- Ensure that all communications are consistent with our brand identity across all digital channels.
- Measure, track and analyse the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against business goals (KPIs) to ensure profitability
- Ensure the business is up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Liase with graphics designers and photographers to develop engaging and creative content in line with the company’s brand strategy.
- Implement advertising/promotional campaigns and profitable positioning strategies.
- Manage SEO/SEM and marketing database.
- Handling and monitoring of all website and whatsapp orders.
- Respond to customer enquiries, complaints and feedback across all digital platforms in a timely manner.
- Implementation of digital marketing strategies to drive traffic to the company's associated online media assets pages and generate conversions.
Qualifications
- BA / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field (desirable).
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising marketing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Avid story teller with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrable experience in social media marketing.
- Photo and video editing experience.
- Vibrant and outgoing personality.
- Technological savvy with understanding of how technology can be deployed to boost marketing activity.
- A keen interest in food and/or desserts is highly desirable.
