Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic digital marketing specialist to lead our marketing team and drive our strategic marketing initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, a proven track record in the healthcare industry, and the ability to solve IT-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Procare Hospital’s services, particularly in fertility and other specialist clinics.
- Oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and events, ensuring alignment with the hospital’s goals and brand identity.
- Manage the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as graphics, video content, brochures, newsletters, press releases, etc.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and patient feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to support patient acquisition and retention strategies.
- Manage the hospital’s social media channels, creating engaging content and driving online engagement.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
- Handle IT-related issues within the hospital, ensuring smooth operations across all departments.
Qualifications:
- Must reside in Abuja.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in handling IT-related issues and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry, particularly in fertility services, is highly desirable.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
