Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic digital marketing specialist to lead our marketing team and drive our strategic marketing initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, a proven track record in the healthcare industry, and the ability to solve IT-related issues.
  • This role is critical to enhancing our brand awareness, patient engagement, and overall growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Procare Hospital’s services, particularly in fertility and other specialist clinics.
  • Oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and events, ensuring alignment with the hospital’s goals and brand identity.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as graphics, video content, brochures, newsletters, press releases, etc.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and patient feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to support patient acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Manage the hospital’s social media channels, creating engaging content and driving online engagement.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
  • Handle IT-related issues within the hospital, ensuring smooth operations across all departments.

Qualifications:

  • Must reside in Abuja.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in handling IT-related issues and troubleshooting. 
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry, particularly in fertility services, is highly desirable.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Must be able to start immediately.
