Job Description:
- Santabella Music Empire is in search of a passionate and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to spearhead our digital marketing initiatives and propel our online presence to new heights.
- As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in strategizing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to engage our audience and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Define target audiences, channels, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign.
Content Planning and Creation:
- Work with artists and content creators to develop engaging and shareable digital content.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and optimize all social media channels.
- Develop and implement content calendars.
- Monitor trends and engage with the online community.
Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Manage email lists and segment audiences for personalized campaigns.
Paid Advertising:
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum return on investment (ROI).
Website Management:
- Oversee the company website and artist pages.
- Ensure content is up-to-date and optimized for search engine optimization (SEO).
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track performance.
- Generate regular reports to evaluate the success of digital marketing efforts.
- Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with artists, management, and other teams to align digital marketing strategies with overall promotional efforts.
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong analytical background and ability to create and update reports.
- Deep understanding of Afrobeat, hip-hop, Rap, and R&B culture with pre-existing relationships with key tastemakers and influencers.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams with strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop, as well as collaboration and asset management tools like Google Drive, Box, Evernote, etc.
- Experience in the music business and project management is an added advantage.
- Motivated, creative, innovative, organized, detail-oriented, and accustomed to working under tight deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment while taking initiative and working independently.
