Job Summary
- As the Digital Marketing Strategist, you will play a role in effectively and efficiently marketing the Company’s products as well as actively map out possible marketing strategies to meet the right audiences.
- The selected candidate will collaborate with internal teams to implement strategies and often play a key role in pitching products or services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand visibility.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and industry professionals to promote products and services.
- Identify new market opportunities and target customers within the hair and beauty industry.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing materials, campaigns, and social media content.
- Monitor sales performance, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports to management.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the brand and identify potential leads.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in sales and marketing, specifically in the hair and beauty industry.
- Strong network of contacts within the hair/beauty sector is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the hair and beauty industry and a keen eye for trends and innovations.
