Role Overview:

  • We are seeking a Digital Media Associate to support the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies, manage content creation, and enhance our brand’s presence across digital platforms. This is a fully onsite role, ideal for someone with a creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for digital trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Management: Assist in the creation of engaging and creative content (text, image, and video) to be posted across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Social Media Management: Schedule, post, and monitor social media content daily to ensure consistent engagement with the audience.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital media campaigns to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Email Marketing Support: Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Graphic Design Support: Collaborate with the design team to ensure all digital content is visually appealing and on-brand.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with current social media trends and digital marketing techniques, applying relevant insights to our strategy.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms and digital content creation.
  • Basic knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
