Description
- We're looking for an experienced Digital Operation Support to provide technical support, manage our social media presence, and assist with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, social media marketing expertise, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suites.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support in setting up a classroom for training sessions.
- Manage and maintain Alpha Partners' social media presence (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram).
- Create engaging content for social media platforms.
- Assist in email marketing campaigns and newsletter creation.
- Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on website analytics and social media metrics.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in computer operations and social media marketing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
