Role Overview
- The overall objective is to plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across various channels (paid search, social media, display advertising, etc.).
- Oversee the creation of compelling and high-quality content, including blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and multimedia materials.
- Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Uphold and enhance the brand identity through consistent messaging and visual elements.
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing materials.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present insights to the marketing team.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI and achieve cost-per-acquisition (CPA) targets.
- Conduct regular budget reviews and adjustments based on performance and goals.
- Work closely with internal teams, including product, sales, and analytics, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns effectively.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Utilize market research to inform campaign strategies and identify growth opportunities.
