Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused DigitalSales Agent to drive revenue growth by converting marketing-generated leads into sales.
- The ideal candidate will play a dual roleactively engaging prospects, following up on leads, and delivering excellent customer support throughout the customer journey.
- This role requires strong communication skills, persistenceand a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and follow up promptly oninbound leads generated from digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers by effectively communicating productvalue.
- Maintain consistent and strategic follow-up with prospects to ensure high conversion rates.
- Provide timely and professional customer support before, during, and after sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and sales progress.
- Collaborate closely with the Communications Manager, Customer Service Officer, and digital marketing team.
- Escalate complex or sensitive customer issues to the Communications Manageror relevant departments when necessary.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and objections with professionalism and empathy.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and company offerings.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role (digital sales experience is an advantage).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Results-driven with a strong focus on closing sales.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, social media platforms, and basic digital tools.
- High level of professionalism, patience, and emotional intelligence.
- Candidate must live in close proximity to the job location (Lekki Phase 1).
