We seek a Digital Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our digital revenue growth, distributor network expansion, and brand visibility. The role blends marketing strategy, sales management, creative direction, and team leadership, turning online traffic into repeatable sales and qualified leads across consumer service, and B2B segments.
This is a remote role for a performance-driven digital leader who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution, creating campaigns that generate growth and profit across all brands.
What You Will Own
- Distributor Network Growth: Expand and manage a nationwide network of distributors for African Naturalistas; recruit, train, and motivate partners to achieve sales targets and market penetration.
- B2C Sales Growth: Increase end-user sales through optimized online funnels, ads, and promotions
- B2B Campaign Execution: Plan and run online sales and webinar campaigns end-to-end to promote Pureformula Innovations’ private-label and contract manufacturing services and African Naturalistas's B2B sales.
- Digital Strategy & Campaign Management: Develop and execute creative, data-driven marketing strategies across Meta, Google, YouTube, and email to boost visibility and conversions.
- Landing Page & Funnel Design: Build aesthetically pleasing, high-converting landing pages and sales funnels aligned with brand standards and customer journeys.
- Content & Social Media Oversight: Supervise the creation of ads, reels, carousels, and email content that engage audiences and drive sales actions.
- E-Commerce Performance: Monitor WooCommerce, Shopify, and Stripe dashboards; analyze daily sales and implement tactics to increase AOV and retention.
- CRM & Automation: Manage email workflows, segmentations, and lead nurturing sequences via Mailchimp for better conversion and follow-up.
- Analytics & Optimization: Track ROAS, CPL, CAC, and conversion rates; deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with insight-based improvements.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Coordinate marketing and sales teams across brands, ensuring alignment with Operations, Customer Experience, and Product teams.
Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and online sales management.
- Proven track record driving sales growth and network expansion for consumer brands.
- Strong skills in Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube campaigns, and analytics.
- Proficient in CRM tools, marketing automation, and e-commerce analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to design and launch high-performing funnels and landing pages.
- Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills with brand sensitivity.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills across distributed teams.
- High level of discipline, self-governance, and personal accountability.
- Experience in the beauty, haircare, or wellness industry is an advantage.
