Summary
- This role will be summarily responsible to manage and convert inbound leads into paying customers.
- In this role, you will engage prospective clients who reach out via digital channels—website, social media, referrals, paid campaigns, etc. qualify their needs, and guide them through the sales funnel toward conversion.
- The ultimate goal is to drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and revenue growth by delivering an exceptional digital sales experience that reflects the Nomba brand.
Responsibilities
- Identification of new business opportunities by monitoring inbound marketing channels & activities.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads from website, email, WhatsApp, social media, and other social media channels.
- Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, and readiness to purchase.
- Guide leads through the product journey - demo, pricing, onboarding, and activation.
- Use CRM tools to manage and track pipeline activity.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide feedback and optimize the customer journey.
- Upsell and cross-sell where applicable.
- Follow up on cold or inactive leads to re-engage interest.
- Maintain accurate lead records, conversion data, and daily reporting.

Requirements
Educational and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- 2 – 3 years of sales experience in a Fintech, SaaS, or digital-selling company.
- Strong understanding of POS, card payments, and online payment gateways.
- Proven track record of meeting sales and growth targets.
- Advanced knowledge of Sales Prospecting.
Skill Requirements:
- Experience handling B2B SME or enterprise-level inbound sales.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product team for customized payment solution.
