Role

We are looking for a Digital Video Content Creator to join our team. This role is focused on producing engaging video content tailored for both organic social media reach and paid acquisition channels such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Twitter, leveraging AI technology to enhance content creation and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a knack for creating compelling visual narratives that resonate with our target audience, driving engagement and conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and produce high-quality, engaging video content specifically designed for paid acquisition channels like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Twitter, as well as organic social media platforms including TikTok and Instagram.
  • Utilize AI tools and software to enhance video production, from automated editing to content personalization and optimization.
  • Craft compelling stories through video that align with our brand's messaging and appeal to our target audience, effectively driving engagement and conversions.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, ensuring our content strategy is innovative and effective in reaching and engaging with our audience across various platforms.
  • Collaboratively work with the marketing team to align video content with broader campaign goals and strategies.
  • Manage the entire content creation process from ideation and filming to editing and publishing, ensuring content is delivered on schedule and meets quality standards.
  • Work with a Paid Acquisition Specialist to analyze and report on the performance of video content across different channels, using insights to optimize future content for better performance.

Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of experience in video production, digital marketing, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful content creation for social media and paid advertising channels.
  • Proven experience creating and optimizing video content for platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Twitter.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and audience preferences.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in video editing software and content creation tools. 
  • Demonstrated experience in using AI tools for video content creation, including automated editing software, AI-driven analytics, and content optimization tools.
  • Knowledgeable in the fundamentals of SEO and keyword research 
  • Knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Netcore, etc), and content management systems 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Skilled in editing content with attention to detail and timelines 
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize deadlines accordingly

The successful candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excels in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with the ability to adapt to change quickly. A teamwork attitude, willing to take on extra tasks and see them through. Acute attention to detail and problem-solving skills are also necessary attributes for the role.
