About the job
- The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT consulting, customer relationship management, specifically in Customer Service, Sales, Project Operations, Field Service, Marketing modules, Enterprise Resource Planning and expertise in Dynamics 365, (Finance and Operations modules and Business Central). This role involves working closely with clients to understand their CRM & ERP needs, designing tailored solutions, and leading the deployment and support of ERP & CRM systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to identify CRM & ERP requirements and develop customized solutions using Dynamics 365 F&0, Business Central, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Field Service, Project Operation modules.
- Solution Design: Develop comprehensive CRM & ERP strategies that align with client goals and industry best practices.
- System Implementation: Lead the deployment of CRM & ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
- Customization: Customize CRM & ERP systems to meet specific client needs, enhancing functionality and user experience.
- Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to client teams, ensuring effective use of the CRM & ERP system.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze CRM system performance, making adjustments to optimize results.
- Have awareness of product roadmap and the content of future releases of D365FO
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years in CRM& ERP consulting, in Dynamics 365 F&O, Business Central, Customer Service, Sales, Project Operations, Field Service and Marketing.
- Skills: CRM system implementation, data analysis, customer engagement strategies, project management, user training.
- Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform and related technologies.
- Experience with Azure services and integrations.
- Exposure to presales activities would be an added value
- Experience/Knowledge about ERP implementation methodologies and have strong analytical acumen
- Ability to perform under minimal supervision and perform in changing environments
- Experience with (D365FO) interfaces and Integrations
- Good understanding of industry processes, principles, functionality & systems for their chosen specialism
- Good MS Office skills (primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Visio is a plus)
- Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) a plus
- Experience in consulting and very good presentation skills
