JOB DESCRIPTION:
- We're seeking a highly skilled Embedded System Engineer to join our innovative team at Homefort Energies.
- As an Embedded System Engineer, you'll design, develop, and test embedded software and systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, and test embedded software and systems
- Work with microcontrollers (STM8/STM32, PIC, TI, ESP32) and communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN)
- Utilize hardware debugging tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers)
- Collaborate with teams to ensure quality and performance standards
- Troubleshoot and solve complex problems
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in embedded systems development
- Strong Embedded Software and Software Development skills
- Electrical Engineering and Electronics knowledge
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages
- Experience with wireless communication technologies (GSM, GPS, WiFi, LORA)
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of software development life cycle and version control systems
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with IoT devices and applications
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Certification in embedded systems or related field
