Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role in Lagos for an End User Support Engineer. The role involves providing troubleshooting, technical support, customer support, and expertise in operating systems on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications
- BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- ITILv4 Certified
- 3 years + experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
- Experience working in a telecommunications company.
