Job Summary
  - Our client is seeking an experienced Engineer - Inshop Technical Support to provide customer-facing technical support. 
  - You'll setup, troubleshoot, and diagnose access devices, ensuring excellent customer experience.
  
 Key Responsibilities
  - Technical Support: Provide in-shop technical assistance for access devices.
  - Device Setup: Configure and setup devices for customers.
  - Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  - Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer experience through strong communication skills.
  
 Requirements
  - HND / B.Sc in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Communication, or IT.
  - 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  - Knowledge of:, WiFi, WiMAX, LTE, TCP/IP and Networking
  - Experience with hardware/software troubleshooting.
