Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the engineering team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Oversee system architecture design, technical planning, and development strategies.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of all technology platforms.
- Implement and monitor engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
- Research and integrate emerging technologies relevant to the financial services industry.
- Coordinate with DevOps and infrastructure teams for deployment and continuous integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in backend and frontend technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript frameworks).
- Expertise in system architecture, APIs, microservices, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Solid understanding of financial services systems, security standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make strategic technical decisions.
