Responsibilities
- Contribute to the planning and development of new broadband infrastructure projects, including the expansion of coverage and the implementation of new technologies.
- Work closely with customer support teams to understand customer feedback and address connectivity issues, ensuring a positive user experience.
- Participate in quality assurance testing of new hardware, software, and network configurations to ensure compatibility and optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, troubleshooting processes, and project-related activities.
- Installation and maintenance of Fibre Optics.
Requirements
- A Degree in relevant Engineering field.
- Excellent technical skills and familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
- Understanding of telecommunications and fiber technology a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must be a Current serving Corp member.
