Role Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic team.
- As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technology landscape.
- You will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic solutions that align with business objectives and drive innovation across the organization.
- Working closely with stakeholders from various departments, you will develop architectural frameworks, standards, and roadmaps to guide the development and integration of new technologies and systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of enterprise-level solutions that support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into architectural blueprints.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the organization's architecture.
- Define and maintain architectural standards, policies, and best practices.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure adherence to architectural principles and standards.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing architectures to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in enterprise architecture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience working as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, microservices architecture, and modern software development practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a track record of successfully leading complex architectural initiatives.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF Certified, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
