Purpose:
The role provides enterprise-wide leadership and governance for the organization\'s technology delivery portfolio. It oversees the successful execution of concurrent IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, data, and digital innovation projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and the organization\'s operational excellence agenda. The job holder leads the IT Programme Management Office (PMO), implementing consistent delivery standards, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring measurable business value through structured programme delivery.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Lead and govern the organization\'s enterprise IT programme portfolio, covering infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data analytics, cloud, and digital innovation initiatives.
- Head the IT PMO, establishing and maintaining the organization\'s delivery methodologies, governance standards, reporting structures, templates, and programme management tools.
- Develop and maintain multi-year delivery roadmaps across infrastructure, enterprise applications, and digital transformation domains.
- Oversee delivery of infrastructure programmes including datacentres, cloud/hybrid environments, network modernisation, disaster recovery, and OT/IT integration.
- Govern implementation and lifecycle management of enterprise applications, including HR platforms, Finance systems, Supply Chain systems, Power Platform applications, and integration technologies.
- Drive execution of the digital Innovation pipeline by working closely with the Digital Innovation Manager to bring transparency in benefits measurement and adoption across business units.
- Manage programme budgets (CAPEX/OPEX), commercial negotiations, vendor/SI oversight, contract compliance, licencing, and value-for-money controls.
- Lead structured programme reporting to the GM IT, Executive Leadership, and governance forums using dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and narrative updates.
- Drive stakeholder and change management, including communications plans, user adoption strategies, business readiness assessments, and capability development.
- Develop high-performing delivery teams and build project management, agile, and innovation capabilities across the organisation.
- Ensure all programmes comply with organization policies, NDPR, ISO standards, and relevant local and international regulations.
Education:
- B.Sc in Information Technology with Business Information Systems or Computer Science Bachelor\'s in Related Discipline
- Minimum of #7-10 years’ relevant experience in oil & gas.
