We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive significant growth in our enterprise customer segment. This role requires a dynamic and dedicated leader passionate about building relationships and delivering tailored IT consulting solutions to large-scale businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase our footprint in the enterprise sector.
  • Manage the enterprise sales team, setting goals and developing training programs to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key enterprise clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from prospect identification through contract negotiation and close.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market trends and product developments.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and adapt the sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and tracking metrics to the management team regularly.
  • Lead by example in all areas of performance, maintaining high standards and consistency.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales management and enterprise-level sales within the IT or consulting industry.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Passionate about technology and innovative solutions.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on delivering results.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
