Job Description (Role Summary)
- Role Purpose: Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant entry of business data into the ERP system
- Business Impact: Supports data integrity, operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and audit readiness
- Industry Context: Trading / Automotive / Tyres / FMCG / Logistics.
Key Responsibilities – ERP Data Entry & Transactions
- Sales & Receipts: Enter sales invoices, receipts, and credit notes
- Procurement: Enter purchase orders, vendor bills, and supplier payments
- Inventory: Record GRNs, stock issues, transfers, and adjustments
- Expenses & Assets: Enter expenses, service entries, and fixed asset records
- Documentation: Attach invoices, waybills, delivery notes, and GRNs.
Inventory & Operations Support:
- Stock Records: Maintain accurate stock records for tyres, tubes, rims, and accessories
- Item Master: Update item codes, pricing, warehouses, and locations
- Stock Control: Support stock counts, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
Data Accuracy & Control:
- Verification: Review source documents for completeness and correctness
- Error Control: Cross-check ERP entries and correct discrepancies
- Escalation: Report missing approvals or abnormal entries.
Finance & Compliance Support:
- Tax Classification: Assist with VAT and WHT tagging
- Accounting Support: Ensure correct ledger and cost center posting
- Compliance: Maintain ERP records for audits and regulatory needs.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Reporting: Generate ERP reports for sales, purchases, inventory, expenses
- Filing: Maintain electronic and physical records
- Audit Support: Provide ERP data during audits.
Process Discipline & Improvement:

Requirements
- Minimum Qualification (OND / HND / B.Sc.) in relevant Fields e.g. Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, or related.
- Experience Level: 1 – 3 years
- ERP data entry, accounting, inventory or operations support
- ERP Exposure
- Hands-on ERP experience (mandatory).

Work Schedule & Compensation:
- Work Days: Monday – Friday
- Work Hours: (Weekdays) - 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
