Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in an administrative role with expertise in systems troubleshooting.
- Age not less than 30 years.
Key Duties:
Facility Management:
- Oversee maintenance, procurement, and repairs to ensure a well-functioning office environment.
Head of Departments Support:
- Handle staff recruitment, staff welfare, staff documentation, and staff development and appraisal processes.
Management/MD Desk Support:
- Provide administrative support to top management for seamless day-to-day operations.
Smooth Day-to-Day Office Operations:
- Ensure efficient and effective daily office operations, addressing any challenges promptly.
Security and Safety Measures:
- Implement and oversee security and safety measures to ensure a secure working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues, ensuring the smooth functioning of systems.
- Collaborate with departments to understand their IT needs and provide relevant support.
- Manage the procurement of IT equipment and services.
- Oversee the documentation and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
