Responsibilities
The Field Interoperability Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Closely monitoring the connectivity status of all diagnostic devices connected to our systems.
  • Promptly contacting the Lab Technicians working for the distributed diagnostic network to troubleshoot device connectivity problems as they arise. 
  • Carefully documenting the details of network problems during troubleshooting calls.
  • Helping the Super-User in preparing the necessary documentation to launch support desk tickets with SystemOne and VPN providers.
  • Helping the Super-User collect data and update inventory, services, contacts and other modules in our software. 
  • Traveling to diagnostic laboratories and providing technical support when required.
  • Providing support and troubleshooting (remotely, and in-person) to users in clinic settings for the Aspect Mobile application and use.
  • Promptly attending work at SystemOne and/or Customer offices in Garki district of Abuja during the official office hours. 
  • The successful candidate is expected to have a functional laptop and cell phone that are connected to the internet with a bandwidth that supports video telephony.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Science or Network Administration
  • Network+ Certification.
  • Located in Abuja.
  • One (1) to five (5) years of experience in networking and IT infrastructure support.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT systems and their practical applications. Candidate must be tech-savvy and unafraid of learning.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English required.
  • Willingness to travel within Nigeria.
