Role Description
- We are looking for a Senior Flutter Engineer with a solid background in the telecommunications industry. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about mobile innovation at scale, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences
- Integrate mobile applications with telecom APIs (e.g., USSD, SMS, recharge, data provisioning, billing systems)
- Optimize app performance and ensure compatibility across multiple devices and OS versions
- Translate telecom business requirements into scalable Flutter code
- Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and agile ceremonies
Requirements:
- 4+ years of professional experience in Flutter/Dart development
- Previous experience building mobile applications for or in collaboration with telecom operators (e.g., Airtel, MTN, Glo, 9mobile)
- Strong understanding of telecom systems integration, including APIs, mobile network behavior, and user authentication flows
- Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and real-time data handling
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams
- Git proficiency and experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
