Job Overview

  • We are looking for a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Front Desk Officer / Digital Marketing Specialist. This dual-role position requires a highly organized, customer-focused professional with a strong background in digital marketing.
  • The successful candidate will be part of the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment, while also driving our digital marketing efforts to enhance our online presence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Officer:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, and document management.

Digital Marketing Specialist:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company’s website and social media platforms.
  • Create, curate, and manage content for social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytical tools.
  • Optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and the effective execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and SEO.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing, including social media management, SEO, and content creation.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
