Role Description
This is a full-time Frontend Engineering Manager role at Oxygen X. The role involves leading and managing a team of frontend engineers, overseeing software development projects, ensuring seamless integration, and providing technical leadership.
The candidate should have experience in frontend software development frameworks like ReactJS, NextJS, and similar frameworks.
This is a hybrid role based in Lagos, with flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of development experience
- Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills
- Software Development and Project Management experience
- Experience in integration and system architecture
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
- Experience in mobile app development is a plus
