Job Summary
- The General Manager, Media & Broadcast Operations is the senior executive responsible for the overall commercial, operational, and strategic performance of a leading media and entertainment broadcast platform.
- The role exists to ensure the platform operates as a financially sustainable, audience-driven, and advertiser-preferred media brand.
- The role carries full operational and commercial responsibility, including revenue generation, cost control, content strategy, digital monetisation, and regulatory compliance.
- The successful candidate will balance creative leadership with strong commercial discipline to drive profitability, relevance, and long-term brand equity.
- Success will be measured by revenue growth, EBITDA performance, audience ratings, digital expansion, advertiser retention, and disciplined execution of Board-approved business plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility
- Drive advertising, sponsorship, and digital revenue growth
- Oversee programming strategy and content acquisition
