Role Description
- This is a remote contract role for a Golang Software Engineer.
- The role involves developing and maintaining back-end applications, writing clean and efficient code using Golang, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Daily tasks include analyzing user requirements, designing software architecture, debugging and testing applications, and ensuring performance optimization.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
- Proficient in Programming with expertise in GoLang
- Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
- Solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Should be able to work with little or no supervision
- Experience working with Agile methodology
- Experience with cloud technologies and services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with payment systems or have worked with a fintech company.
- Solid experience on API integration ( REST, SOAP etc)
- Experience with Cloud is optional but good to have.
