Key Responsibilities

  • Training Program Participation: Actively engage in all aspects of the graduate training program, including workshops, seminars, on-the-job training, and mentorship sessions.
  • Department Rotations: Rotate through different departments within the organization to gain hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of various functions such as marketing, finance, operations, human resources, etc.
  • Project Work: Contribute to real-time projects under the guidance of experienced professionals, applying theoretical knowledge gained during academic studies to practical business scenarios.
  • Learning and Development: Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge through self-study, participation in training sessions, and seeking guidance from mentors and supervisors.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently and gain insights into different perspectives and working styles.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training activities, project progress, and key learnings, providing regular updates to supervisors and program coordinators.
  • Feedback and Evaluation: Actively seek feedback from mentors, supervisors, and peers to identify areas for improvement and incorporate suggestions to enhance performance.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing work environments, tasks, and responsibilities as you rotate through different departments and projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Strong academic record.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
