The Board of Directors consists of the Chairman, Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, three Executive Directors, one Non-Executive Director, Heads of Departments and the Company Secretary. At the helm of affairs of the management team is the MD/CEO, through whom information is disseminated down to other officers of the organization and vice versa. Board/Management Team
Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating visual assets for digital, events, outdoor and print materials, such as brochures, banners, social media graphics, and website elements.
- Collaborating with the communications team to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines.
- Developing innovative design concepts that effectively communicate key messages and enhance the organization's visual identity.
- Translating design concepts into functional websites.
- Implementing responsive design techniques to ensure websites are optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
- Conducting website maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Incorporating feedback and making revisions to designs and websites as necessary.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, design principles, web development techniques, and software tools.
Qualifications and Skills
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
- Proven experience as a graphic artist and web designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and web development work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of web development frameworks.
- Knowledge of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles.
- Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with the ability to balance aesthetics and functionality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with team members and understand project requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs and functional websites.
