Job Summary

FMR AGENCY is seeking a creative and innovative Graphic Designer with a strong background in motion graphics to join our dynamic creative client team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing compelling visual content across digital and print media, and creating engaging animated graphics that tell a story and elevate our brand. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, strong technical skills, and the ability to translate ideas into visually captivating motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualization & Design:

  • Collaborate with creative directors, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to conceptualize and execute design projects from initial idea to final output.
  • Develop visual designs that align with brand guidelines for various platforms, including digital, social media, and print.

Motion Graphics Production:

  • Create dynamic motion graphics and animations using industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D.
  • Develop storyboards, animatics, and visual narratives to effectively communicate ideas and campaigns.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Adapt to project feedback and revisions quickly to deliver refined final products.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, video production) to ensure design consistency across all channels.
  • Present creative concepts and designs to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback as needed.

Continuous Learning & Innovation:

  • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in graphic design and motion graphics.
  • Experiment with new techniques and software to keep the brand’s visual content fresh and innovative.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Animation, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record in motion graphics and animation.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience with additional software such as Cinema 4D or similar 3D animation tools is a plus.

Design & Animation Skills:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing both static graphic designs and animated motion graphics.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and animation techniques.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work on multiple projects concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced agency or creative studio.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
  • Knowledge of video editing and post-production processes.
  • A proactive approach to learning and experimenting with new creative techniques.
