Role
- As a Graphic Designer, you will create visually compelling designs that align with mDoc's brand and communication strategies.
- This role involves designing marketing materials, digital assets, and print collateral while working closely with the communications team to develop creative solutions that effectively convey mDoc's message.
- You should be skilled at translating complex concepts into engaging visuals and have a strong understanding of design principles, branding, and user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a consistent visual style across all platforms and materials.
- Work on both digital and print projects, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and tools into your work.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with efficiency.
- Provide creative input and feedback to enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Prepare final designs for print and digital distribution, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and other design tools.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Experience with digital design, including web and social media graphics, is preferred.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
