- The duties and responsibilities of the Graphic Designer include but are not limited to the following:
Design and Development:
- Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website content, newsletters, brochures, presentations, and reports.
- Develop design concepts that effectively communicate PSHAN's message and engage our target audience.
- Create a monthly content calendar with suitable graphics and written content for social media.
Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all designs are consistent with PSHAN's brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Maintain a cohesive and professional look across all visual materials.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the communications and PR teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet company objectives.
- Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and execute creative ideas.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Qualifications
- Experience in creating graphics for social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns and print media.
- Experience in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and any other design software to create appealing graphics.
- Familiarity with project management tools and collaborative software (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Coogle Meet).
- Ability to create content calendar (Craphic and written content for social media)
