Responsibilities
- Develop and design visual content for a variety of media platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
- Create and refine graphics, logos, and layouts to enhance the overall look and feel of marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and execute design projects.
- Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines and aesthetic.
- Produce high-quality design work within tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and edit graphics.
- Prepare designs for both digital and print formats, ensuring high-quality output for various media.
- Conduct market research to stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand design requirements and incorporate feedback.
- Provide guidance and feedback during the design process to ensure project objectives are met.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects.

Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Graphics Design Specialist.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience with layout design and print production.
- Ability to create and edit visual content for both digital and print media.
- Familiarity with web design principles and responsive design.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles is a plus.
