Job Overview:
We are actively seeking a talented and creative Graphics Designer to join our marketing team. As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for various marketing materials for social media advertisement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and create compelling visual concepts
- Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, infographics, and presentations
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design assets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all designs align with the company's brand and messaging
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines
- Provide creative input and contribute to the overall marketing strategy
- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Graphics Designer in a financial institution (a fintech is a plus)
- OND, HND, or B.Sc. qualification is required
- Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of fintech industry trends and best practices is a plus
