Key Functions & Responsibilities
Conceptualization and Ideation:
- Work closely with the creative team to develop design concepts and ideas.
- Translate concepts into visually appealing designs that align with the project goals and brand identity.
Graphic Design:
- Create engaging and innovative visual content for a variety of platforms.
- Design marketing materials, such as social media graphics, promotional assets, posters, and brochures.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
Trend Awareness:
- Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices.
- Integrate innovative design techniques to keep our visuals fresh and impactful.
Brand Consistency:
- Ensure brand consistency across all design elements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and brand communications teams to maintain and evolve brand guidelines.
Competencies
- 3+ years proven experience as a Graphics Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
