We are seeking a talented and creative Graphics Designer with expertise in video editing and social media management to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, possess strong technical skills, and demonstrate a keen understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Responsibilities
Create visually engaging graphics for digital and print media, including but not limited to: social media posts, website content, marketing materials, and branding assets.
Develop and edit videos for promotional campaigns, product demonstrations, employer branding, and other multimedia projects.
Liaise with the content team to managesocial media accounts and develop content calendars, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with the target audience.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that drive brand awareness and user engagement.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of our visual content.
Requirements
A minimum of an O'level certificate.
Proven proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
Strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects, including graphics and videos, across various platforms.
Solid understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and experience managing branded social media accounts.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of creativity, innovation, and problem-solving.
Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with motion graphics and animation.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles.
Familiarity with analytics tools for tracking social media performance and user engagement.
