Job Description

  • Create visually appealing and brand-consistent graphics, infographics, and multimedia content for various platforms, including websites, social media, print materials, and digital advertisements.
  • Develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.
  • Design logos, marketing and branding materials, ensuring they meet the company's standards.
  • Collaborate with the media and communications specialist to integrate text and images into visually cohesive layouts.
  • Communicate effectively with external vendors and print houses to ensure high-quality production of printed materials.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
  • Update and maintain the company's visual guidelines and style guide.
  • Proofread and review designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Conduct quality checks on final designs to ensure they meet the company's high standards of visual excellence.
  • Explore new design ideas, trends, and techniques to bring fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to the company's visual communications.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Training certification in graphics design or visual arts
  • 2-3 years of professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and other tools
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative solutions.
  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of print production processes and requirements.
  • Familiarity with web design principles and best practices is a plus
