Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for recording, downloading, uploading and editing of all on-air programming and commercial material
- Operate all control room equipment associated with graphics Monitors, video/audio quality and signal availability using waveform monitors, meters and other test and monitoring equipment
- Capture and encoding of content related to on-air schedules, operate on-air branding for the news.
- Assists media operations group in the recording, storage of content feeds and graphical works
- Manages deployment and retrieval of playlists and as-run files and monitors commercial insertion system
- Integrates live and previously recorded program content and ensure a balance in the voicing.
Qualifications
- Must hold a B.Sc/B.A/B.Eng in any of these fields with, at least a Second Class Upper: Mass Comm., Electrical Electronics, Computer Science or qualification in an associated field and a Master's degree would be an added advantage.
- Must have 3 - 6 years' work experience respectively to be qualified for grade levels 10-09
- Must have completed NYSC or hold a Certificate of Exemption Knowledge in IT/Broadcast television network
- Able to work any scheduled time, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Applicants must be 35 years old or younger to be considered for the job.
