- Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join its team as the Group Head, Finance and Risk Management.
- The successful candidate will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the financial operations and risk management activities across the organization.
- This position requires a deep understanding of financial principles, risk management methodologies, and regulatory compliance across the business entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the IT and web support team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving IT infrastructure and web development processes.
- Oversee the maintenance and security of all company websites, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning properly.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify IT and web support needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring they meet our standards and requirements.
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends in IT and web development and make recommendations for their adoption.
- Monitor and analyze IT and web support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Plan and manage the IT and web support budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
- Handle escalated IT and web support issues and incidents, providing timely resolution and communication to stakeholders.
