Job Summary
- As the Group Head, Information & Technology, you will be responsible for leading the group-wide technology strategy, infrastructure, and digital innovation agenda across multiple subsidiaries. The role ensures secure, scalable, and compliant technology platforms that support transaction processing, digital products, and long-term business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a unified group-wide technology roadmap aligned with business and regulatory requirements
- Oversee technology operations across subsidiaries, including platforms, infrastructure, integrations, and service delivery standards
- Lead cybersecurity, data governance, and regulatory compliance across all technology environments
- Drive digital innovation, product development, and technology-driven process improvements across the group
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
- Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in software engineering or senior technology leadership within financial services, fintech, banking, or payments
- Strong expertise in scalable systems, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and regulatory technology environments
- Proven leadership experience managing large, distributed technology teams and complex platforms
