ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • HelloMe is looking for a Growth Digital Marketing Analyst. Your primary responsibility would be to monitor online marketing trends, analyze statistics, develop strategies for digital marketing campaigns, track campaign performance, and lead the company through a journey of digital transformation.
  • You would also prepare campaign results, create data visualizations, and present insights and findings to colleagues and clients. 
  • To be successful in this role, you should have strong technical skills and be able to present actionable insights to inform digital marketing strategies, have excellent social media experience, and analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and work well within a team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multiple paid and organic channel marketing strategies to drive traffic, brand awareness, and inbound inquiries and grow our customer base.
  • Create and publish engaging content for various platforms such as websites, social media, and blogs.
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Develop, launch, and manage new campaigns that promote the HelloMe brand.
  • Collect and analyze customer, marketing, and web behavioral data.
  • Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Test campaigns, analyzing key metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase campaign performance.
  • Work closely with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency, and our internal site developers to implement SEO optimizations.
  • Develop digital campaign and web measurement strategies.
  • Creating dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and marketing trends, and provide growth insights.
  • Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports.
  • Research and evaluate the latest tools and techniques to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity, advertising trends, competitors’ pricing, and products.
  • Collaborate with other teams such as marketing and design to create engaging website content and graphics that aligns with the company's goals and brand identity.
  • Research and understand a company’s needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject-matter experts, and in-person meetings.
  • Optimize content for search engines and social media platforms to increase visibility and reach.
  • Create weekly/monthly/quarterly marketing newsletters updating company employees on our marketing and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Regular communication with clients, and followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
  • Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget estimate monthly costs and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Analyze content performance metrics such as views, engagement, and conversion rates to inform future content strategies.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree/ Professional Marketing (particularly Digital and Social Media Marketing) Advertising Business Management, Journalism, Media and Communications, and Public Relations qualification.
  • Five (5) demonstrable years of proven experience as a growth digital marketing manager.
  • A portfolio of successful digital marketing campaigns or projects across a variety of channels, with results to match.
  • Passion for digital marketing and a good understanding of the fintech industry.
  • A solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly to advertising/branding and customers, copywriting, and web content management.
  • Knowledge and understanding of algorithms and search engine optimization.
  • Experience with analytical and reporting tools, including, Google Analytics / or Adobe Analytics, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube Ads, Email marketing, and paid social advertising.
  • Experience in website, business analytics, and SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Optimize, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing across social, display, and programmatic platforms.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, and the ability to interpret and communicate campaign performance metrics.
  • Highly self-motivated and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Creative skill with a result-driven mindset for contributing new and innovative ideas.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
