Core Job Responsibilities
- Provide overall strategic direction and ownership in conceptualizing, executing and management of all brand marketing, communication, sponsorship, promotion and event in the brand and experience unit in line with the overall vision and goal of the organization.
- Lead the brand marketing unit and oversee all brand marketing activities
- Develop and refine brand messages, communication, creative campaign and events, in order to re-establish brand leadership among its stakeholder sphere
- Oversee the brand planning process inclusive of the definition of target consumers and the development of marketing mix and strategies on consumer brand-interaction in order to encourage increase sales
- Lead go-to-market planning and drive cross-functional collaboration within the organization
- Lead client-facing communication approaches for the brand and serve as primary marketing point of contact with the external and internal clients to enable strong, collaborative working relationships
- Develop weekly/monthly/annual brand marketing strategies and monitor the performance of those strategies in order to make necessary updates and improvements
- To drive awareness and growth of the organization’s brand through the launch of multifunctional marketing strategies for promotion of the brand within the market
- To proactively manage and engage external and internal stakeholders and champion the consistent deployment of brand experience
- To create informative, engaging and innovative contents that promote the organization’s brand across the diverse stakeholders’ sphere through strategic communication, media engagement, press releases, articles and event opportunities
- To define and drive the execution of stakeholders’ positive experience through innovative and engaging brand experience programs, internal and external
- To create revenue opportunities for the organization through the provision of efficient and effective brand marketing programs
- Serve as the primary focal point to Customer Engagement to integrate messaging into an overall story that elevates a customer’s experience with the organization’s brand.
Requirements
- B.Sc. Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing or other related fields.
- Membership of professional bodies: Institute of Marketing Communication, etc.
- 8 – 10 years in Brand Communication and Experience Management
- Experience in a technology driven environment with a dynamic and innovative mind-set
- Proficiency in MS Office suite-word, power point and excel
