JOB SUMMARY

As the Head of Brand Marketing and Communications at Credit Direct Finance Company Limited, your role is to lead the efforts to make our brand stand out and connect with people. We're looking for a dynamic leader who can create impactful marketing campaigns, tell compelling stories about our brand, and engage customers in exciting ways.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strong brand strategy that puts us at the forefront of the industry.
  • Clearly articulate our brand story to our target market, making sure it connects with our audience and sets us apart.
  • Keep us ahead of the curve by adapting to market trends and understanding what our customers want and how they want to be reached.

  • Work with agencies to get the best ad spaces and negotiate deals.
  • Lead public relations efforts to boost our company image.
  • Build relationships with media and influencers to keep us in a positive spotlight.
  • Handle tough situations with strategic and positive messaging.
  • Plan and run events that leave a lasting impact, from product launches to sponsorships.
  • Ensure our presence is felt in the market through memorable experiences.
  • Build and lead a team of marketing experts.

JOB EXPERIENCE

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record in creating effective brand marketing and communications strategies.
  • Good understanding of the financial and technology industries.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of branding principles, marketing trends, and industry best practices.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and graphics design software.
